About me

I am currently a Master’s student in Integrated Circuit Engineering at Southeast University(SEU), since the fall of 2025. I am privileged to be advised by Prof. Yarui Peng.

My research interests lie in the area of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for VLSI, with a current focus on advanced packaging algorithms for 2.5D/3D Chiplet systems.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT). During my undergraduate studies, I completed my graduation project titled “Design of a Bandgap Reference Source” under the supervision of Prof. Jianbing Cheng.
